In a speech on January 12 at a retail event, Satya Nadella, Microsoft’s chief executive officer, discussed how Ikea organized more than 70,000 people into teams and used the service for meetings and chats.
The huge store in Stockholm also used a planning function to manage the working hours of 150 restaurant employees.
